What’s included?
With the Flex Membership, you are entitled to up to 9 (or 15 / 30) days of customized onboard retreats within a 6-month (or 12-month) period from the date of enrollment depending on whether you choose the Serene, Nourishment or Flourishing Flex Membership.
Minimum of 3 days per retreat, and a maximum of 4 participants per group.
Monthly payments will recur automatically for 6 or 12 months, unless canceled before the renewal date (each month on the date of your enrollment).

With Nourishment Flex Membership, you have our top priority for retreat scheduling.

All onboard retreats will include personalized daily yoga sessions and Chinese arts immersion totaling 3.5 hours per day, with the duration of each session being customizable.

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your first retreat, we offer a no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee before your second retreat.
Simply contact us within 30 days after the completion of the first retreat, and we will issue a refund (minus our operational cost) to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Onboard Wellness Retreats

Step 1: Customize an Onboard Retreat
To use your membership, the first step is to customize a retreat here where you will fill in some information about the retreat you would like to customize.
Step 2: Book a Pre-Retreat Consultation Video Call
After we receive your submission of the customized retreat information, and prior to the commencement of the onboard retreat for yacht owners and charter guests, please have all participants schedule an individual Pre-Retreat Consultation Video Call by sharing them the link you see in this section once you join the Flex membership. This ensures their experience is perfectly tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
You can also schedule the consultation through following the instructions provided in the confirmation email after booking the retreat.
Step 3: Receive a Proposal of the Customized Retreat from Us after 2-3 Working Days
After completing the Pre-Retreat Consultation Video Calls with all participants in your customized retreat, please allow 2-3 business days to receive a retreat proposal. This proposal will include customized plans based on the collected data from the participants.
During this period, no further action will be required on your part.
