Your Retreat, Your Rhythm

Our offerings are a starting point, designed to be fully tailored to your needs. All of our methods—daily yoga, Chinese ancient arts, and scuba—are integrated based on your preferences. A minimum of three days onboard is required. We specialize in small, intimate groups (maximum 4 guests per session for a truly immersive experience).

3-4 Days

The Prelude

    • Morning: Have you ever tried a Daoist Morning Routine? We’ll begin with gentle movements to harmonize your energy for the day ahead.

    • Mid-day: Experience the art of Gong Fu Cha, where the tea ritual becomes a moving meditation on patience and presence.

    • Afternoon: A beginner’s guide to scuba diving, starting right onboard. We'll focus on theory, breathing, and gentle equipment familiarization to build confidence in the water.

    • Evening: Wind down with a guided Yoga Nidra session to calm the mind after a day of new experiences.

7-9 Days

The Awakening

    • Morning (Anchor Time): Rise with the sun for an energizing sunrise yoga session that blends Kundalini, Yoga Nidra, and the Daoist Morning Routine.

    • Late Morning (Sail to Dive Site): Enjoy an afternoon tea tasting and meditation on deck as we sail toward a pristine dive spot.

    • Afternoon (Dive Site): Your second open‑water dive awaits! We’ll incorporate gentle water‑based yoga and breathwork (pranayama) to enhance your comfort and connection to the ocean.

    • Evening (Post-Dive): Participate in a grounding and relaxing evening session, perhaps a restorative or yin yoga practice to soothe muscles and calm the nervous system after your dive.

14⁺ Days

The Odyssey

    • Morning: Start your day with a silent meditation on deck during sunrise, followed by a morning dive in a protected marine sanctuary.

    • Late Morning: A specialized pre‑dive yoga session focusing on breathing techniques (pranayama) and poses that improve body awareness for diving, all while anchored at a new location.

    • Afternoon: After a healthy lunch, enjoy your afternoon tea and calligraphy class on the after-deck, watching the sea drift by.

    • Evening: Experience our curated Ayurvedic and Daoist diet tasting, prepared by your yacht chef; or challenge your fellow travelers to a strategic game of Chinese Go under the stars.

Complimentary Crew Wellness

When you book an onboard retreat, your Captain and HODs receive a complimentary wellness subscription – designed for those who carry the heaviest load. Long‑tenured, dedicated, but often new to yoga? No problem. Beginner‑friendly, self‑paced practices that fit between watches, inside a cabin, in tight spaces. Each crew member gets their own account.

10% of our annual profit is donated to the Sagantara Ocean Protection Organization to support their ocean conservation initiatives. By participating in our services, you are not only enhancing your own wellness and well-being, but also contributing to the preservation of our planet.
