The differences between brewing vessels for different tea
Different brewing and tasting techniques for four types (white, green, oolong and black) of Chinese tea out of the total six types

Rooted in a childhood amidst the tea farms of Fujian Province, particularly in Quanzhou City where Tie Guan Yin, a cherished Oolong tea, originated, our founder Haiying 海英 epitomizes a deep connection to Chinese Yang Sheng “养生” and holistic well-being principles.
As a certified yoga teacher and diving instructor, Haiying has ventured extensively across Southeast and South Asia, Micronesia, French-Polynesia, the Middle East, Europe as well as North, South, and Central America. These global journeys have enriched her understanding of diverse cultures and indigenous wellness practices.
Before establishing Sagantara, Haiying accrued invaluable experience working aboard superyachts across various departments, gaining firsthand insight into the intricacies of the yachting industry.
Driven by an unwavering belief in the fusion of Eastern and Western wisdom, her mission is to harness the healing power of the ocean, to unlock the synergies between these rich traditions, offering holistic solutions for modern nomads.
